"This agent has relocated to Idaho. My experience with this agent has been less than positive. Good luck getting any help or for her to contact you. I notice this seems to be an issue on review sites with Jessica Sawyer. I don’t recommend this agent. I later found out when visiting her office that Ms. Sawyer had relocated to Idaho. There’s a time difference so that’s probably why it’s difficult to reach her."

"1. I randomly select Jessica from a number of State Farm Agents on their site. The site says "Your agent will get in touch shortly". 2. I have a deadline to apply. Two business days go by without any response. I call the office to talk to her, and instead am connected with Ezmonae, who takes my basic info. 3. I receive a lengthy DocuSign. I see that my address is incorrect, and I can't change it, so I let Ezmonae know. 4. She sends "corrected" DocuSign. This one has the address corrected in one place, but not another. I ask that the entire document be reviewed for errors. 5. I discover two other errors, and ask to speak to Jessica directly. I'm told she'll get back to me the next day. 6. 24 hours later and a week after starting, I've still yet to hear back from Jessica."
